  148. Amity Software Holger Franck and are protected by German copyright law
  149. and also by international treaty provisions. All rights not expressly
  150. granted here are reserved to Amity Software. The use or distribution of
  151. these products is expressly prohibited, except as authorized by the terms
  152. of this agreement.

  172. software. If you continue using this software after the thirty-day

  178. The software and the disks on which it is contained are licensed on a
  179. non-exclusive basis to you, the purchaser, for your own use.  You are
  180. not obtaining title to the software or any copyright rights. You may
  181. use the licensed software on a single personal computer system, and
  182. make as many copies as needed for backup and archival purposes. If you
  183. need to use these products on more than one computer, please contact us
